The 2.5 day training Introduction to Systemic Coaching is aimed at people considering training as a professional systemic coach, people in leadership roles who wish to integrate coaching knowledge into their management style and to anyone who is curious to learn more about the ever more relevant field of coaching competencies.

Participants will learn:

• How to create and hold space for coaching clients
• Practical coaching techniques and methods
• The key principles of systemic thinking
• How systemic coaching differs from other consulting formats
• How to integrate coaching perspectives into their professional context

The training focuses on practical application and and experiencing the art of coaching – both from the coach as well as the coachee perspective. Openness to exploring your own topics in this learning environment is a requirement for participation.
