The 2.5 day training offers an introduction to the complex field of organisational development from a systemic perspective: How do organisations function? How does organisational culture emerge and how can it be influenced? How can organisations intentionally design structures and processes that align with their business needs, values and purpose?
Participants will explore various approaches to observing and analyzing organisational culture and engage with theories of change. This journey into the fundamentals of organisational consulting is characterized by a strong practical focus, real case work, collaborative learning, and hands-on experimentation.
